Careers at Heartland
At Heartland Pavement Services, we believe good work speaks for itself.
We’re building a company around hard work, accountability, craftsmanship, and treating people right. From the first crack we seal to the final stripe on a parking lot, our work helps businesses, schools, churches, hospitals and communities stay safe, functional, and looking their best.
And we’re looking for people who want to be part of building something bigger.
The standard
We’re not looking for people who simply want to clock in and clock out.
We want dependable people who show up, work hard, pay attention to the details, and take pride in leaving a job better than they found it.
Whether you have years of pavement-maintenance experience or you’re looking to learn a skilled trade, there may be a place for you at Heartland.

What we look for
You show up, ready to work, and you can be counted on.
Pavement maintenance isn’t always easy work. We value people who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty and put in the effort.
The little things matter. Clean lines, quality repairs, safe work practices, and a finished product we’re proud to put our name on.
Great jobs don’t happen because of one person. We work together, communicate, and look out for each other.
Experience is valuable, but attitude matters too. If you’re willing to learn, work hard, and improve, we’ll help you grow.
When the job is finished, we want everyone on the crew to be able to look at it and say, “We did that right.”
What you can expect from Heartland
If we expect our people to work hard for Heartland, we’re committed to building a company worth working hard for. You can expect:
Come grow with us
Heartland is growing. We’re building relationships with commercial property owners, property managers, businesses, schools, churches, hospitals and organizations throughout Oklahoma — and that means we’re building opportunities for people who want to grow with us.
If you’re dependable, motivated and ready to work, we’d love to hear from you.
The work itself
Most of the heavy work runs from roughly mid-April through late October, when the weather lets the materials cure the way they should.
Retail and medical lots usually get done at night or early morning. Churches and schools tend to be weekdays. It changes with whose property we are on.
Hand work at the edges, hose and squeegee work, moving equipment. If you like being on your feet and seeing what you finished, it suits.
Customers and tenants are using the lot while we work. Being careful, tidy and easy to be around matters here as much as the pavement work does.
Apply
That doesn’t mean we don’t want to hear from you. Send us your information and tell us a little about yourself, your experience, and what you’re looking for. As Heartland grows, new opportunities will continue to open up. If you’d rather just call, the number is (405) 437-0694.
